This choice painting was created by using watercolors to make a colorful sky and beach. A cool color scheme was mainly used throughout the piece but put emphasis on the warm colors by using pink and yellow. By using black and dark purple for the rocks on the horizon line gives the piece good space. Also using the dark purple on the clouds gives them a 3 dimensional form and contrast on the sand with the lighter colors in the sky.
